Although internet transfer is our preferred way of receiving payments,
we understand that not everyone uses online banking and some people would
like to visit a branch and deposit over the counter.
Before any of your payments,
always make sure we can recognise your payment easily. Please read the
following instructions very carefully. Your payment will appear to us
exactly like the following
09/06/2006 DEPOSIT 717763
2000 $21.00
or
09/06/2006 DEPOSIT 2000 $21.00
Where 09/06/2006 is the date
of your payment, 717763 is the reference you can left up to six digits,
2000 is the BSB of the branch you visited, $21.00 is the amount paid. Be
very careful about this, no offence but most of the times the reference
you told the teller to left will not be shown. The BSB is the only number
that will definitely show with your payment, always email us the Suburb
of BSB of the branch you visited.
1. Tell the teller to leave the last 6 digits of your item number as
reference.
2. Email us "Date", "Amount" & "Suburb or BSB of the branch you visited"
- this has to be done.
3. Last and most important thing, keep your receipt, at least until the
date you received your purchase.
