By law, we will give refund if the product is defective, unfit for
purpose or does not match the description or sample.
For
all warranty claims, including incorrect item received, it is buyer's
responsibility to return the item to us. It is the same as you'll need to
pay for your trip to return a purchase from retails stores.
We
could be the only eBay genuine seller in Australia who takes refunds for
buyers not fully satisfied. Goods must be kept at best possible
condition.
i.e. a jean should only be tried couple of time with the
tag on; an Mp3 player should not have a scratch on the screen.
We
charge exact postage & packaging for most items but not all and there is a handling fee
for some items. No refund will be give for overpaid p/h.
Pick
ups could be arranged for urgent customers with full p/h paid plus a
small service fee. Do not bid assuming you can pick your item up.
Always
always make sure we can recognise your payment easily. We will not email
you if your payment was unable to find as we give buyers enough time to
pay for their purchases. Unrecognised payment will lead to delay of
delivery.
We
always leave feedbacks after buyers. Our system is set to leave positive
feedback around 5 minutes after buyer's.
