Before any of your payments, always make sure we can recognise your payment easily. Please read the following instructions very carefully.
1. your eBay user ID is the only thing identical, always use that as payment reference
2. the item number is identical if you're the only winner of the auction. Some time the whole item number might be too long to leave as reference, use the last digits rather than the first digits of your item number.
3. Never ever use reference that would help you only, reference like "eBay purchase", "battery" will not help at all and will definitely lead to delay of delivery or even no delivery.
4. Last and most important thing, keep a copy of your online receipt, at least until the date you received your purchase. We have people coming back to us after couple of weeks, they did everything right except missed one last digit of our account number, a receipt will clearly show everything and clear up every confusion.
